Candidates are evaluated on execution capability, past performance, and role-specific depth.

Not an open community

This is not a general application pool or a freelance marketplace. Entry is controlled and criteria-based.

Qualification-based entry

Entry is based on qualification against defined criteria — not interest, intent, or volume of applications.

Minimum evaluation criteria

Applications are assessed against the following:

  • Demonstrated execution experience (typically 2–5+ years depending on role)

  • Hands-on ownership of campaigns or channels (not observation/support roles)

  • Exposure to measurable performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, conversions, rankings, etc.)

  • Ability to present verifiable work (case studies, dashboards, portfolio, or live accounts)

  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools relevant to the role

Profiles lacking demonstrable outcomes or practical ownership are not considered.
