Minimum evaluation criteria
Applications are assessed against the following:
Demonstrated execution experience (typically 2–5+ years depending on role)
Hands-on ownership of campaigns or channels (not observation/support roles)
Exposure to measurable performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, conversions, rankings, etc.)
Ability to present verifiable work (case studies, dashboards, portfolio, or live accounts)
Familiarity with industry-standard tools relevant to the role
Profiles lacking demonstrable outcomes or practical ownership are not considered.
