Do I really get a full time marketer?
Yes! Your marketer works exclusively with you full-time at 40 hours per week. HOS handles all of the recruiting, Onboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance. For a flat monthly fee, you get an amazing, full-time marketer with none of the headaches.
What if it's NOT a good fit with my marketer?
We’re confident you’ll love working with your marketer. In cases where it’s not a fit, we offer a Free Guaranteed Replacement, which typically takes around 2 weeks. This may take longer if you’re working with someone specialized in a specific field.
What if I want more than one marketer?
You can hire as many marketers as you need! At any time, you can request additional talent for your team. Each new marketer is assigned with a 90-day commitment.
Do you have any other roles to help our team?
Yes! We can embed virtually any marketing or creative-focused role. For other supporting roles, feel free to schedule a call, and we can discuss your needs.
Do you offer trials or create sample campaigns?
Before placement, we share relevant past work and campaign experience of the marketer. Additionally, you may assign a short, real-time task based on your current requirements (typically up to one week) to evaluate their approach and execution.
Can I cancel it if I don't like it?
All of our hires begin with a 90-day commitment with Guaranteed Replacement if you’re unhappy with your marketer. We’re confident you’ll love working with HOS. In the event you wish to cancel, we have a 30-day cancellation policy.
